This picture just makes me smile. There is something so stereotypical about this picture...I mean you know...the whole thing about cops hanging out at donut shops, etc...the funny thing is, he was probably the second most photographed at Times Square besides the actual famous Panasonic Jumbo-tron. The only reason I had the nerve to ask for a picture with him was because so many other people did before me, so why not. You gotta love the big apple. No pun intended. ;-)
